Q: Is Biggs Mansion open to the public?

A: Our retail store is open to the public with limited seating.  We kindly ask that you purchase a minimum of $35 in cigars if you intend to use the retail lounge. 

Q: Does Biggs Mansion serve alcohol?

A: Unfortunately, due to Illinois legal regulations, we are unable to serve alcohol.

Q: Does Biggs Mansion serve food?

A: We are unable to serve food, but our restaurants Chicago Q, Blue Door Kitchen, and La Storia will kindly deliver food to guests.

Q: Does Biggs Mansion offer tours of the venue?

A: Please call or email us to schedule a tour of the venue.

Q: Does Biggs Mansion offer day passes for non members?

A: We sell day passes on a limited basis for $100 per guest with a cap on the group size of four individuals. Day passes are not always available for purchase. Please call in advance to check on availability.

Q: Does Biggs Mansion offer WiFi? 

A: We do offer WiFi in the entire venue of Biggs Mansion.
